Architects will have to lead private movements to re-invent our civilization (Latin "civitas" = city) but in a balanced habitat. Soon we will have to establish coastal and river cities in safer or higher lands. If those cities are at a sea level and people have marine traditions, we can create floating cities rather than forcing millions to migrate (see graphic). The first steps: abandon cars and all urbanisation depending-on them; bikes and trains can save what's left; to avoid plastic packaging, plastic clothing, shoes and toys; to recycle all we can; to get food from around where we live; to keep away as much as possible from the so called "social networks"; ultimately, they were created to monitor and control people's life while we all contemplate our civilization collapsing in real time and millions of pixels.
