A viewing point, a belvedere for contemplating the sunsets. A space placed on the top of a hill, over the magnificent view of the Andes' base. The project is supposed to be placed in front of a big valley and not close to any highway or route. It is partially covered by natural stones of the place. The main space is covered by a shell and is surrounded by a curtain-wall that controls the sunset light. The building is refuge dedicated to the beauty of nature, it is a project thought and designed in honour of a forgotten God: the Sun. It has the capacity of absorving the heat of the sun during the day, and retaining it at night. The project explores idea of circular breathing, a system that allows, through natural ventilation, a full passive energy concept. see project
