April 2019 - MUNICH / I N   M E M O R I A M  - Jörg Homeier (1942-2019) architect, was a recognized educator from Munich and became Pouchulu''s mentor in Germany. He belonged to the creative generation of German architects, that followed the post-war era that rebuilt the country. He managed to create fine pieces of modern architecture, sensibly integrated within noble and old structures. Jörg was an extraordinary man, a hummanist full of wit and sense of humor. In 2001 he was invited by Jorge Glusberg to take part in the Buenos Aires Biennale, in the exhibition titled "10 Young German Architects", curated by Susanne Biek. We spend an unforgettable time in Buenos Aires, shared with his long-life friends and colleagues Herbert Meyer-Sternberg and Michael Wensler. He taught for more than four decades and was invited as a jury in architectural and urban competitions. / Left photo: Jörg and Patricia together with Patricio and Susanne, enjoying italian dinner in beautiful Neuhausen, Munich, 2000; middle photo: Fachbereichbibliothek Theologie der katholische Universitat, Ulmer Hof (1978-80, original building from 1758); right: Fachbereichsbibliothek Theologie der katholische Universitat, Ulmer Hof, Germany (1978-80).
