April 2013 - BUENOS AIRES / I N   M E M O R I A M  - Clorindo Testa (1923-13) was the most notable Argentinian architect in the second half of the 20th Century. His "Banco de Londres y América del Sur" (1960-66, now Banco Hipotecario) is a world Masterpiece and one of the finest designs built in the sixties. Pouchulu first met "Cloro" in the eighties while studying at the UBA (University of Buenos Aires); they became friends after Pouchulu won the Fondo Nacional de las Artes FNA Scholarship (1997). Clorindo was an amazing man, with a great sense of humor. They visited together Italy and the UK, sometimes with Jorge Glusberg.
