Jun 1867 - WISCOSIN - RICHARD CENTER - Frank Lloyd Wright is born the 8th of June. The greatest and most sensitive architect of the 20th Century, he managed to combine historical architectural principles through new dynamic architectural languages, based on a deep exploration of materials, applying organic concepts and structures. This approach allowed him a flexible combination of different programmes and themes. He strongly influenced European modern architecture as early as 1900 and, unlike his Europeans colleagues, he demonstrated a mastery for constructing strong, lasting buildings that relate well with Mother Nature.
